To discuss the modalities of UT of J&K and Ladakh and chalk out future strategy, the senior leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) from J&K shall hold threadbare discussions with senior leaders of two organizations in the Union Capital today.
Sources said both RSS and BJP leaders have been summoned to Delhi to discuss the party’s role in the event of changing scenario in J&K after the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35-A and reorganization of the State into two separate Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Sources said the delimitation of constituencies shall also discussed and the Central leadership of Sangh twill take feed back from both Sangh and BJP leaders of the State on this issue. The Sangh is favouring the delimitation of the constituencies before the next Assembly poll and yardsticks to be applied in this regard were also discussed with State leadership, sources added.
The State Sangh leaders who will attend the meeting included Prant Pracharak RSS, Rupesh Ji a BJP State president, Ravinder Raina and party general secretary (Org) Ashok Kaul, Former President Sat Sharma, Senior Leader Sunil Sethi shall be present in the meeting.
